The ENCePP Secretariat has started an exercise to check the validity of the list of ENCePP Partners, as information on some records in the RWD Catalogues is outdated.
Institutions and Networks that are ENCePP Partners and have not updated their records in the RWD Catalogues (previously the ENCePP Resource Database) for over 2 years are invited to indicate in this survey if they wish to remain in ENCePP.
Deadline for submitting responses: 31 July 2024
This survey has also been sent to the contacts of ENCePP Partner Institutions and Networks registered in the Catalogues, which have not been updated for over 2 years. Partners who have not received an email due to invalid contact details are also invited to update their records.
ENCePP Partners which do not respond to the survey by 31 July 2024 or do not update their records in the Catalogues (Institutions; Networks), will no longer remain ENCePP Partners. This implies that they will stop receiving communications from the ENCePP Secretariat, including invitations to the annual ENCePP Plenary meetings, and will no longer be able to join ENCePP working groups or special interest groups. Their institution/network entry will remain in the Catalogue, but without the ENCePP Partner status. They will need to re-apply if they wish to re-join ENCePP.
Note: This exercise is solely for ENCePP Partners (i.e., ENCePP Partner status is marked as ‘yes’ in the RWD Catalogues). Data sources are not considered ENCePP Partners, and not all institutions and networks registered in the Catalogues are ENCePP Partners.
If you have no access yet to the RWD Catalogues to update your records, please follow the steps in the ‘Important note for record owners’ on the RWD Catalogues website.
